Rapid electrification of off‑highway equipment is driving adoption of electric Power Take‑Off (ePTO) systems that replace engine‑driven hydraulics, compressors and refrigeration units.

 

Zero‑emission regulations (EU Stage VII, CARB ACT) and urban noise limits are pushing fleets toward battery‑powered auxiliaries, enabling engine-off operation, reducing fuel use, emissions, noise, and engine wear.

 

To enable that, dedicated OBCs, DC/DC converters and inverter modules are needed to support fully electrical auxiliary systems maintaining high‑efficiency while withstanding harsh vibration and temperature cycles.

  • DC bus voltage: 400Vdc to 1.000 Vdc.
  • Switching frequency: 40kHz to 200 kHz.
  • Leakage‑inductance window: ±10 % to suit resonant LLC / DAB stages.
  • Thermal class: F (155 °C) with continuous vibration per ISO 16750.
  • EMC: Low common‑mode noise & minimized stray magnetic fields.
