    ADVANCED PROCESS ENGINEER

    Responsibilities

    • Work out related process documents including the process flow chart, process and materials flow diagrams, quality control plan, PFMEA, working instructions, etc.
    • Participate in validation process for new project.
    • Reporting data follow up about production/quality performance.
    • Participating in teams for problem analyzing and solving.
    • Identify and run improvements projects in every area.
    • Perform risks analysis and gap assessments to secure the good level of quality, the better efficiency of productivity and the continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate closely with R&D for design/process technical support. This should be great to do in order to industrialize the new project.

    • Good English: written English will be compulsory
    • Principles of LEAN MANUFACTURING, IATF16949, FMEA, APQP…
    • Able to implement and participate in process improvement projects
    • Will be an advantage to have the experience of being a team member of industrialization improvement management.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electric, Automatization, Mechanical Engineering, Material, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
    • More than 4 years of working experience as Process Engineer in an Engineering team in a Foreigner Company in the Automotive sector.

    Working Relationship

    • Report to Industrial Director
      Strong cooperation with Production,
    • Maintenance team, Industrial Sample team, Engineering Team and Quality team.
    • Strong cooperation with HQ R&D Technical Department team
